Eleanor Lord
Eleanor graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2013. Since graduating, Eleanor has worked in a variety of paediatric private practices around Sydney before joining the GCFC in April 2021. She has also been part of Camp Jabiru in Australia and summer camps in USA.
Eleanor's Story
Eleanor has experience working with children of all ages and stages of development. She has worked with infants to teenagers with varying diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy and other physical disabilities, genetic and chromosomal disorders, developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD/ADD, Fragile X Syndrome, intellectual disabilities, trauma, mental health, learning difficulties, and sensory processing disorders.
Eleanor is passionate about helping children and their families develop skills for life, utilising a play-based and family-centred approach to therapy.
