Sam Mackay

Sam joined the Gabrielle Centre for Children team at the start of 2025. She graduated from Western Sydney University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Sam has been working in the Paediatric private practice space ever since. 

Sam's Story

She is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy that recognises and celebrates every child’s uniqueness. She works collaboratively with families to set meaningful goals and support children to build confidence and skills for participation in their everyday lives. Therapy is always tailored to the child and family, ensuring support is practical, relevant, and aligned with their individual strengths and needs.

  • M.O.R.E integrating the mouth with sensory and postural functions facilitated by Patricia Oetter and Eileen Richter
