Sarah graduated from Macquarie University in 1996 with a BA (Psychology). She continued studying and graduated from Sydney University in 2000 with a B.Applied Science (Speech Pathology).

Peta Walzak
Peta graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney in 2003. Peta completed a research Masters degree at the University of Sydney in 2009. She has worked in private practice, preschools, primary schools and TAFE. Peta joined the team at The Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2012.

Jessie has a BA in Linguistics and a Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Sydney University. She has worked with families at The Gabrielle Centre for Children from 2016.

Amie has a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Sydney. Amie joined The Gabrielle for Centre in 2020.

Abbey Forster
Abbey graduated from Macquarie University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Science, and 2014 with a Master of Speech and Language Pathology. She went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism Studies in 2016 from Griffith University. Abbey joined the Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2025.

Jenny Fitzgerald
Jenny graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Speech and Hearing) in 2014, followed by a Masters of Speech and Language Pathology in 2017. She joined The Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2023.

Nina Tuason
Nina graduated with a Masters in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney. Nina has worked as a support worker with Autistic families, a High School French teacher, an ESL teacher and has run her own business. Nina started working at The Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2025.
