Elise Harley

Elise is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting Autistic children and children with developmental delays, ADHD, and behavioural differences. She works from a strengths-based, sensory integration and relationship-focused approach, valuing each child’s individuality. Elise is passionate about holistic, trauma-informed practice and partners closely with families to create safe, empowering environments that support meaningful and lasting change

Sarah McKeown

Sarah has been an Occupational Therapist for more than a decade and has worked with children for much of that time. Sarah joined the Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2017.

Thomas Ely

Thomas graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2011.  Thomas has been actively involved in therapy services in a range of different domains, including clinic, home and school settings.

Mel Halilovic

Mel graduated from the University of Sydney in 2009 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy). Mel joined the Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2020.

Eleanor Lord

Eleanor graduated from the University of Sydney in 2013. Since graduating, Eleanor has worked in a variety of paediatric private practices around Sydney before joining the GCFC in April 2021

Laura Mondy

Laura Joined the Gabrielle Centre for Children at in 2022. Laura graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts
(Psychology). She continued to study and completed a Bachelor of Social
Science- Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Occupational Therapy degree
from the University of Sydney.

Trica Finkbeiner

Tricia graduated from East Carolina University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings in both the USA and Australia. She joined the Gabrielle centre in 2022.

Lisa Mudge

Lisa is a highly experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist who joined GCFC in 2025, with a background across private practice, intensive therapy models, and international training including the NAPA Center in Los Angeles.
She is passionate about play-based, family-centred therapy and supporting children to reach their full potential through relationship-based and neuro-informed practice.

Sam Mackay

Sam joined the Gabrielle Centre for Children team at the start of 2025. She graduated from Western Sydney University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Sam has been working in the Paediatric private practice space ever since.

Grace joined the GCFC at the start of 2024. Grace graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2023 with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.

Isabella Erasmus

A passionate graduate Occupational Therapist who completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at the University of Newcastle in 2025, graduating with First Class Honours and over four years’ experience working with children and families.
Bella brings creativity, warmth, and a strengths-based approach to paediatric practice, celebrating each child and supporting them to feel safe, confident, and valued.

Jae-Woo completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University in 2025. He is driven towards uplifting and supporting children and their families to build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday activities.

Hayley Robertson

Hayley is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist who graduated from The University of Sydney in 2008. She has worked with children and families throughout her career and has particular interests in sensory processing, regulation, movement, DIR®/Floortime™, relationship-based practice and trauma-informed care. Hayley joined The Gabrielle Centre for Children in 2026 and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Krisha Saludes

Krisha is a paediatric occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience across public and private health, using a strengths-based, child-centred approach to help children achieve their goals and develop independence. As a mum of two, she understands the challenges of family life and is passionate about supporting children and their families, while enjoying travel, camping, basketball, and family board and video games in her spare time.
